QotD: what’s the most exciting concert you’ve ever attended?  I know I came up with the question, but it’s probably one that’s not really relevant to me (I am that selfless in coming up with these questions). I don’t see great appeal in attending concerts when I c...

QotD: what piece of technology could you most live without, or wish had never been invented in the first place?  The cellphone. While I am an active Instagrammer, I’m not a massive fan of being reached anywhere. I was one of those types who thought, 25 years ago, ‘I have a phone at...

QotD: Do you make your bed? If yes, why? If no, why not?   I had a deep depressive "episode" that lasted for over a decade. One of my therapists early in that period suggested that rather than feeling like a failure because it was so hard to do even basic self-care some days, that I pick on...

QotD: What kind of music do you relax to?  TRULY depends on my mood. I am definitely a mood driven type person. Slow, sleepy music doesn't always do what I need. Sometimes I just need to ROCK OUT.... and for that, I can go to RED (any album really) ... for slow and sleepy I usually do THE GARD...
